Any adult amateur hockey player facing a real cost barrier to ice time, league fees, or essential equipment is welcome to apply. We don't require proof of income, but we do ask you to describe your situation honestly so our committee can prioritize fairly.
There's no fixed cap — request what the specific cost actually is, whether that's a single month of ice time or a full season's league fees. Larger requests may take longer to review since they draw on more of our fund.
Directly to the rink, league, or registrar you name in your application — never as cash to you. That's the core of our transparency framework: every approved dollar is traceable to a specific ice-time invoice, league fee, or equipment cost.
We review applications on a rolling basis. Because we're a young, volunteer-run organization, turnaround varies with how much funding we have on hand — if your request has a hard deadline, tell us on the application and we'll do our best to prioritize it.
Yes. We'd rather help the same player stay on the ice season after season than fund someone once and lose them to cost again. Repeat applicants are reviewed the same way as first-time ones.
Yes — we're a federally recognized 501(c)(3), so gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You'll receive a receipt for your records once your donation is processed.
