California Nonprofit / 501(c)(3) Tax-Exempt

Crossing the economic boundaries of amateur sports.

Ice hockey provides invaluable physical health, stress relief, and community connection — but the skyrocketing cost of ice time, league fees, and equipment prices out the adults who need it most. We're a community-backed fund that eliminates those financial barriers and keeps players on the ice.

Our transparency framework: approved grants are paid directly to rinks and league registrars on behalf of players — never as cash to an applicant — so every dollar is traceable to ice time, fees, or gear.

How it works

From application to ice time

Step 1

Apply

Tell us about your rink, league, and the specific costs you're facing. Applications take about ten minutes.

Step 2

Review

Our volunteer committee reviews applications on a rolling basis and follows up if we need anything else.

Step 3

Skate

Approved grants are paid directly to your rink or league registrar, and you're back on the ice.

Two ways to get involved

Need an assist, or want to give one?

Need an assist next season?

If the cost of ice time, league fees, or equipment is keeping you off the roster, apply for a grant. We review applications on a rolling basis.
